Delivery Policy
Your packages are shipped from France on average 24 to 48 hours after payment validation.
The delivery time then depends on your choice at checkout (Colissimo/Mondial Relay, to France/International, etc.).
Return policy
In accordance with the provisions of Article L 221-18 of the Consumer Code :
"the consumer has a period of fourteen clear days to exercise his right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons or pay penalties."
You therefore have 14 days following receipt of your package to inform us of your wish to withdraw, then a further 14 days from the communication of your decision to return the package.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. If the return deadline has passed, we will be forced to refuse it. You will then receive an email from customer service informing you that the deadline has passed. If you wish to return your order, you will then have to pay the return shipping costs again.
RETURN CONDITIONS
To be eligible for a return, all items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and carefully packaged.
Items must be unworn/unwashed/odorless.
Consequently, returns of washed and/or worn clothing will not be accepted.
REFUND POLICY
Refunds (if applicable). Once we have received and inspected the returned item(s), then the refund for your item(s) will be processed, and a transfer will be made, within a certain number of days. Late or missing refunds (if applicable). If you haven't received your refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
